We have been selling G840S (the older model of G840H) for about one year. According to the different opinions of customers, we have developed an upgraded stream media driving recorder. The resolution of the front camera improved to 1440P and the rear camera have been replaced with a Sony lens. The inner chip and the interactive have also improved a lot. Warm tips:
- Please format micro SD card termly in case of locked videos occupied much capacity, release them necessarily;
- Please check the functionality of dash cam with its all accessories before installation, if issues exist, please let us know;
- Please use original accessories provided by us, just in case of compatible issues after using others', especially use 2 or 3 in 1 cigar socket will lead to 100% insufficient current supply;
- Please change micro SD card〔Class10(10MB/sec) required〕 format to FAT 32 on PC if use micro SD card capacity > 32GB; ( a 32GB card is included)
- If you want a hardwire kit, you can tell us, we can send it for you;
- Please tell us ASAP if professional help in need.
- Please confirm whether your cigar power port is ACC (if the cigarette lighter is still charged after the car is turned off, please use the hardwire kit or unplug the car charger after the car is turned off, otherwise it may exhaust your car's power supply. ) (Note: This happens in some Ford/Audi cars, and electric cars).
- If your car has its own reversing assist system, please ignore the reversing line of G840H. If you need, please connect the red wire of the rear camera cable to the positive pole of the reversing light. The reversing system of mirror dash cam can only be used as an aid. Unlike the usual reverse assist system that displays a 72-degree view, the mirror recorder can display a 180-degree view, so the rear image will be larger. If you mind, please buy with caution.
